Kendal Hartse is a New York based actor who originally hails from scenic Spokane, WA. Equally at home acting, singing, or dancing, Kendal has appeared on Broadway, on tour, and in regional theatre. She can also be caught in a couple of commercials, but can more often be caught reading a good book.
Kendal appeared on Broadway and on tour in Summer: the Donna Summer Musical, Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella, On A Clear Day You Can See Forever, and Roundabout Theatre Company's Cabaret. Other favorite projects include Yitzhak in Hedwig and the Angry Inch, Nellie in Floyd Collins, Baptista/Lucentio in Taming of the Shrew, and Sally Bowles in Cabaret. Kendal has performed in and developed work at the Vineyard Theatre, Roundabout Theatre Company, New York Stage and Film, and Center Theatre Group. She received her B.F.A. from the Boston Conservatory and trained in New York with Michael Howard and Patsy Rodenburg.
